Having a Ball

The ball pit in Ahavas Golda – our after-school program for girls and young women – was extremely popular amongst the girls, who found it helped their self-regulation. 

There was just one issue — it wasn’t in good shape. After a few unsuccessful attempts to find a durable replacement that met our high-quality standards, the staff turned to Mr. Shloime Spangelet, the day services maintenance manager, for help. In response, he built a custom, gorgeous, high-quality, brightly colored ball pit complete with all the features needed! 

What an incredible solution, made possible by sheer creativity and compassion!
